The tomatillos were much more sour than expected. Good with tortilla chips, though.

I've wanted to try making something like this for a long time, and having to cook for myself gives me the leeway to fail :)

Spinach and mozzarella rolled in inexpertly sliced chicken breast on top of tomato and carrot slices.

I've got such a backlog of photos to edit and/or post that I lost track of what has been posted where, so I figure I'll just try to work my way backwards, again.
